- Personal involvement in www.ActiveRain.com, www.Trulia.com, www.Localism.com, www.Google.com and others. These are Agent-Agent and Agent-Consumer websites that allow blogging, questions, visibility and networking to sell your home. This is another part of my marketing strategy.
- Photos and Virtual tours that link to your Listing on the Multiple Listing Service. Photos are worth 1000 words and this is imperative to marketing and selling your home in today’s technology age.
- Print Advertising in Lake and Country and Keefe Monthly. Lake and Country is produced 4 times/years of which 30,000 are mailed to customer’s within our database and then 20,000 are for local distribution. Keefe Monthly is produced 6 times/year with 7000 being printed and distributed to 150 locations within 3 counties. Agent expense and part of the print portion of marketing your home.
- Keefe Rentals is an added benefit. Many of the Rentals departments repeat customers purchase the home they may have rented.
- Weekly tour of new listings. Keefe Agents still tour on Tuesday mornings to gain visual information on your home. Many Agents come back to the office and make phone calls to Buyer’s that are looking for your home. Broker Open houses and luncheons may be an added benefit for the sale of your home.
